Having been in quarantine for a few months, it’s hard to believe June has arrived. How have you been holding up through this process?

I am fortunate enough to have returned back to the office last week and I realized that time is precious.

About three months went by where I was not pushing myself to my true potential and so I have decided that each month moving forward I am going to set five goals for myself.

In addition, each month I am going to reassess the previous month’s goals that will be released here on the blog only.

Here are my goals for June:

  1. Read one book this month
  2. Listen to a podcast daily
  3. Workout BEFORE work
  4. Try at least one new recipe a week
  5. Choose a motivation card daily
