I love coming home after a long day and cooking. For me, its therapeutic and great way to de-stress from my day. My favorite part is taking a recipe and spinning it to make it my own.

Last night I tried a new recipe – Air Fryer Toasted Ravioli and it was a great way to change up your standard pasta night!

Air Fryer Toasted Ravioli

This easy recipe will jazz up your pasta nights as you know it. It can be served as a fantastic appetizer or a simple dinner for two.

Ingredients
  

  • 10 ounce package refrigerated ravioli
  • 1 cup Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • 3 Eggs beaten
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese divided
  • Marinara and fresh parsley for serving

Instructions
 

  • Microwave a medium sized bowl water until boiling. Drop ravioli in for about 5 minutes.Drain. In a bowl combine bread crumbs with 1/2 cup or Parmesan cheese.
  • Beat eggs in a small bowl with the garlic salt.
  • Dip ravioli in egg then press into bread crumbs,coating both sides.
  • Fill the basket of your air fryer with a singlelayer of ravioli.
  • Set to 350 degrees and 9 minutes.

Next time I make this; I need to grade the cheese a little smaller. I did a larger size and then too small. If you want to buy already grated parmesan, I recommend the thinly graded. I also did two layers and the bottom rack did not brown as much but still delicious. I also did not add the fresh parsley.
